Ban all religious practices....I know that's not possible, but hey, why can't we all get along together and trust each other. I feel sorry for kids nowadays inheriting a world full of hate and religious bigotry!

We do have a certain arrogance ourselves though don't we.

We don't live in Libya, Syria or Iraq but we decide their leader had Government should be removed. That involves lots of bloodshed and misery to the people living there. Once the Government is removed there is no one in power, so a power grab ensues resulting in a civil war, more bloodshed and misery. There willeventually be a winner, but if we do not like them, we decide they must be removed and the process starts over again.

Then we wonder why Iraqis, Libyans and Syrians et al, hate us.

Religion has always causes strife and bloodshed, ever since that first cave man started worshipping the tree outside his cave, and his neighbours thought it was the wrong tree, and promptly bopped him over the head.

These stupid Islamists are no different from any others, although they do appear to be a tad more backward than most other religions.

Its all about education, and we need much more of it.

ZebUK...I sympathise with your comments regarding racism but what do your Muslim friends say about ISIS ?

I only have a very few Muslim acquaintances but they condemn this branch of their religion to a man and a woman. But ISIS think they are in the right, just as we did, hundreds of years ago, when we sent the Crusades to that part of the world. It seems that some Muslims have learned nothing in the intervening centuries.

I want to hear more condemnation for the Muslim world, not just appalled BBC correspondents. What about those fabulously wealthy Gulf states ? When are we going to see all their Leaders condemn ISIS, and others in the strongest possible terms ? There is no wriggle-room here. After all, Saudi Arabia is at the very centre of the Muslim world but its strangely silent when it comes to atrocities committed in Allah's name.

Zacs....and next week they will have another name. I couldn't give a tinkers cuss what they call themselves...they are evil and backward in the extreme.

We keep being told that Islam isn't what we see on our news reports, and that its a very nice religion really. Well, lets hear more condemnation from Islam and less hiding behind weasel words. The Saudis can start this off today.
