D+J...I have done no such thing. But there is evidence that Cliff did attend at the Elm Guest House. Whether that evidence is compelling enough, will be up to a Court of Law to decide.

C&J- the Kitty reference is well known through witness statements, Mikey didn't do that, neither did I or anyone else on here, that was all in the public domain years and years before this thread or any others regarding Cliff Richard ever surfaced. I think it's in his best interests really to have all this thoroughly investigated, then if he's innocent it will be well publicised. The problem is he got a super- injunction to try to hush it up which meant only dark mutterings were available and people drew their own conclusions.

All I have done is report what I have read in the media. If Cliff is innocent or guilty will be up to the Court to decide. Those 10 Plods that raided his flat were not there because of unpaid parking tickets. But he has been investigated before, along with other high profile figures, and I just want to see this being done properly this time.

His wasn't the only name on that guest list, and some have now died. The victims of child abuse need to be given justice before they die as well. There is now very little doubt that large scale abuse of vulnerable boys has gone on all over the UK, and I for one, am not convinced that it has stopped. Unless we learn from the past, how are we going to stop it occurring again in the future ?

The only way that this issue can finally be put to bed is for a proper "drains-up" exercise to be undertaken. We have already seen that the promised Enquiry, under Butler-Sloss has now been derailed...yet another occasion when this issue has been put onto the back burner.

The reason is obvious why these investigations keep being stymied... there are far to many high-profile establishment figures who know where the bodies are buried, and who did the digging. In the case of that truly horrible Cyril Smith, one investigation was interfered with and eventually stopped by MI5, and there was no evidence that any Ruskies were involved.

The Elm Guest House story broke over 30 years ago, then the story 'died' for some reason. Cliff's name has long been associated to criminality at the brothel. Cliff allegedly responded by taking out a Super Injunction preventing the publication of his name in connection to Elm Guest House.

The raid on his premises yesterday was not connected to Elm but were about similar allegations slightly later. This thread title was a playful pun on his alledged nickname. We do not known if Cliff is being investigated about Elm Guest House, but many see a pattern developing.

A criminal investigation is under way so there is a possibility that the allegations will be tested in a court. If Cliff is innocent, then a jury will clear him.

A good way of preventing malicious gossip about your private life is to not go to dodgy brothels and not associate yourself with alleged and convicted paedophiles.

There was no visitors book for people signing in. The list was compiled by child protection workers who receive allegations from young people in a care home, that they had been abused. The list is of alledged abusers not of residents at the guest house.

Also, the police staked out the Guest House for a month before raiding it. Comings and goings of guests were recorded. When the raid was sprung, the police had undercover officers inside already.

We do not know if any of the names on the Mary Moss list and the names from the police surveillance are the same. We do not know if any attempt has ever been made to cross match or verify the two.

But no one has ever suggested that a guest book existed. I imagine that is not the usual practice in brothels.

Anyway at the moment there is good and bad news. More people have come forward with information but as yet no more accusers.

Yes it has. I have worked on stories that ended when the libel writs arrived and that effective killed any further investigation.

Just because the journos may have hit a brick wall does not mean there is nothing in the allegations. The Police are now investigating, so we will have to see if anything further develops.
