Should the ECHR, back the British people, by allowing us to refuse entry back into the UK to such people as this, taking that if she is allowed back in, it will endanger our lives and that everyone in Britain has a right to a family life?

The problem with taking their passports is that you will then have a load of stateless terrorists who will be seen as martyrs by the younger community who are currently being brainwashed into thinking this is a good idea. Once they are here we know where they are, we can curtail their activities and so I'd rather see them imprisoned for a very long time under strict circumstances.

Society does not have to accept someone simply because they are born within that society/country. A citizen's rights and not human rights, and can be taken away, along with their citizenship, should they give cause for the rest of society to reject them.

If someone is a British citizen then it's our problem, We can't just dump them on someone else.
How would you feel if say a Sudanese citizen was threatening mayhem in his country while here and Sudan said "We don't want them back - stay in Britain". I think Theresa May, not to mention others, would be bursting their blood vessels pretty quickly.
In this day and age people can rant and rave for all to hear and see via so many instant communications methods. Talking the talk is easy and we need to not resort to kneejerk reactions (some hope there)

Unlike Straw, Reid, Smith etc. who welcomed the world's troublemakers to our shores, as per stated Labour policy. ie. if we treat them well they'll never cause trouble here.

I agree baz, they are someones' sons or daughters, if the parents are not british born we should deport the lot of them back from whence they came via whatever method they arrived here, either via lorry axle, fishing boat, raft or carboot.

In any case, the fact remains, they are our citizens and we can't really dump them on others. As a matter of fact this particular individual is probably guilty of some sort of hate crime and as such it would probably be better off for all if she were to be charged with such here, rather than being left at large elsewhere
