So now its to be enshrined into law that we have to throw away at least £11 billion p.a.

I see theres no real ceiling though, just a minimum of about £11 billion a year, and not forgetting the countless billions we throw away into that other bottomless pit the eussr.

We are easy pickings, mere bagatelle to these thieves and pickpockets I suppose......and people think we arent mugs.

Next time I see the public sector banging on about their pay, I can now show them where the moneys going and why we cant/dont/wont look after our own.
