With the flood of English people moving to Scotland after selling their overpriced homes for millions, can we expect a Tory government in Edinburgh soon?

What flood?
Not a chance in a million JJ. The Tories only have one Westminster MP and 17 out of a possible 129 seats in Edinburgh. So miracle along the lines of the loaves and the fishes would appear to be needed.

Also, what flood ? Am I missing something ?
No chance ! Scotland have been welcoming English settlers for years, it's nothing new. It's hard to get a 'sound bite' from anyone Scottish nowadays in the Highlands and West Coast. I'd do the same as them if I could afford it ;)

If the influx continues, Scottish independence will be dead in the water!
What "influx" JJ ? ...evidence needed here I think !
Apparently, they've already moved there..

what flood, jude? People have been moving north of the border for years, settling in Scotland, and likewise the other way.
Unlikely.

But the SNP could win the London Mayoral Election.

It's being done quietly. I wouldn't be surprised if Cameron and MI5 had a hand in this, anything to preserve the so called Union.
What, we're being given incentives to move to Scotland? - what rubbish. On your other thread, the statistic of under 9% of English living in Scotland was given. Don't forget that the Scots people living in England didn't get a vote....
I love a good BS conspiracy theory.
Lol
My home's not overpriced btw, you can buy it off me any time.
Haha! There's enough conspiracy theories on the go without your lame one ;)
Now there's an idea...... Since it costs me £150 on the train every time I come up to Scotland, it would be cheaper to move there....
JJ...you are completely potty and I for one won't be debating this silly notion any longer.
I didn't mean you Boxy -i'm a slow typer plus its set to blooming predictive text so I have to double check ! Look back :)

Who persuaded all the banks and businesses to come up with all the BS about leaving Scotland if there was a Yes vote? They were definitely leaned on by the men in black!
the Feebs?

...and another thing. Funny how it all happened a couple of days before the vote when the Yes campaign were on a roll.
