Not sure what is racist about this ! I am not normally a great fan of graffiti
but this seems to a witty pit-down of xenophobes, and isn't in any way racist.

As we mentioned a couple of weeks ago in relation to the idiots who closed the Barbican exhibit - how exactly is anti-racist art supposed to work in the minds of these idiots?
These people are elected councillors. That is not a mandate for being moral guardians or entitle them to take offense on behalf of other people. Yet again we have a group of idiotic self-appointed "white knights" who appear to have no problem at all with censorship.
