It is illegal to refuse entry to public places if you are black or homosexual etc, but it seems it is quite in order to refuse entry to single adults.

Where is the danger, surely the children in this park are with adults to look after them so how could they be at risks from paedophiles?

or try to use the Kiddy Swings in your local park

you may find yourself refused entry there too

The point is, why would you as a 'single adult' want to go to any of these places?

Which, being interpreted means: "we are going to adopt the lazy approach, rather than doing what we should be doing which is remaining - or becoming more - vigilant". After all, who's to say there isn't a father of three there with his children sneakily taking pics he shouldn't?
They did say that all parks do the same, though. If that is true then they must have been the last to join in as a result of this incident

The man in the article wanted to watch the falconry, something that is of interest to many adults.

A "kiddie park" is hardly comparable to a falconry display.

Inappropriate discrimination should not be simply on the grounds of gender, race, or religion. If the law restricts it to these alone then it is in error and should be changed.

Children can be at risk from abduction even when there is adult supervision. And remember - this is an 'unsupervised' adult. He is banned in the same way that unsupervised children are now allowed in some lidos.
