Are There Similarities Between Margaret Thatcher And Nicola Sturgeon

I am wondering if anyone else thinks there are similiarities between Margaret Thatcher and Nicola Sturgeon particularly to the division caused within the country and her dogmatic arrogant stance. ??

The only similarity (apart from gender) that I can easily see is that each lets you know clearly where she stands. I.E. you know where you are - a relief after some I could mention, name escapes me, begins with T....

As Zuehl says "what's commonly referred to as Strength, Vision, Principles etc when describing male politicians" seem to be a criticism of female politicians. We have enough wimps in Westminster, perhaps we need more Nicolas with her "dogmatic, arrogant stance" to stir things up a bit and stop them all falling asleep whilst claiming very inflated expenses.

What an extraordinary question !. Leaving out the obvious physical similarity,
I can't see anything else. Sturgeon has said, quite emphatically, that she will not do a deal with the Tories, if there is a hung Parliament next May. The other woman was a Tory !

I dislike Nicola Sturgeon she is arrogant imo and may cause a lot more division between England and Scotland. I had a quiet admiration for Margaret Thatcher, she wasn't arrogant she put her ideas across and made some sensible policies.

MT was forthright but she always gave the explanation for her policies, good housekeeping was her motto. She upset a lot of people but she eradicated a lot of waste. Nicola S is not the same she is just grabbing what she can, I know little of her political career to date, but there is something not to like there.
