The NHS needs a shake up, more money just wont work Brown tried that. Anything you pour in just dissappears.

And whilst a mansion tax on 2m Homes sounds like it will only affect the super rich, how long before that amount drops when Balls realizes it does not bring in enough Brass?

No it's not spending, it's 'investment'. Politicians always refer to spending as investment these days. It's ridiculous, it's spending. When I go to the supermarket I don't say I am going shopping to 'invest' in some groceries.
