I found January less depressing, strangely and yes ummmm, it was surprisingly easy although it has been a busy month looking after mum and decorating our bedroom.
Jan, mum is like a new person and has regained her mojo, chutzpah, raison d'être, call it what you will. Thanks for asking.

I appreciate when people do these "dry January" or "Movember" etc for a charitable purpose. It raises awareness, some people do it "just because".
