You ask what I would do if I won the lottery (which is irrelevant to this discussion). I do not consider that it is immoral to participate in the lottery,but if I won a considerable amount,I would give a very large proportion of my winnings to "good causes".
I would do this legally,not using off-shore funds,and therefor paying tax on the donations I made.

SirOracle, you’re clearly a veritable pillar of society – very commendable I’m sure - but there was nothing illegal in what Mr Cameron’s father did and what thousands of others do with their money. And where do we draw the line? If you have managed to acquire a nice house, should you sell it, buy something less attractive and give the rest of the proceeds to the less fortunate? That would surely be the 'moral' thing to do - no?
