It might of happened in the 60's but the news item/link is dated today.
For those who cannot fathom it ou it it is about an Australian (later low life drug smuggler) who posted himself back to Australia for his daughter's birthday. He now resides there.
The suggestion is that now we have a massive increase in illegal immigrants in to this country since the 60's it might put ideas in to the heads of Africans who would wish to post themselves here.
I hope that clears up any ambiguities. :-)

You yourself are reverting back to your own arrogant ways, didn't you recently put "I don't speak for others" and yet you continue to do so all the time.
