Death Threat To B B C D G

Just heard this on the news - the DG is under armed guard as a result of the Clarkson sacking. Beyond my understanding that someone would do this.

Apparently Lord Hall was sent a previous death threat shortly after the murder of Jill Dando, when he was Chief Exec of BBC News. He went into hiding, then, for obvious reasons.

It is to be hoped that the person sending the email is just some nerdy little pipsqueak who's boat is floated by such actions.
