It was not a riot and would have most likely gone off without any trouble, if the far-left hadn't been on parade yet again.

Seems funny they are not very often arrested, just the same as how the police stood back while a real event of rioting, looting and criminal damage took place during the Tottenham riots.

I hoped White Pride was going to be some sort of bread. Well, they don't represent me (I haven't found a group that does represent my personal mixture of black, brown and white pride), so I don't feel embarrassed; but I do feel rather repelled.

Couldn't agree more with you naomi, but in this day of equality, I feel that if they must exist, every one of them should be treated equally.

I mean who would be in the wrong if other groups opposed such groups as black pride or gay pride for example?

That’s a matter of individual opinion. Personally, I don’t know what any of them are particularly proud of or why they feel compelled to parade their ‘pride’.

As the majority in the country, why do white people feel the need to show their 'pride' when that situation is usually reserved for the acknowledged persecuted minorities in society such as black and gay people?

There is no need to parade to be proud to be white - what next?

If you can have a black pride or gay pride day, why not a white pride or heterosexual pride day? If we want true equality then all these groups must be treated the same, you cant pick and choose. Perhaps these kind of things shouldn't have been started in the first place. You reap what you sow.
