Our aid budget is pegged to 0.7% of the country's GDP.

The black economy, drugs prostitution is now included in GDP.

So Our GDP is higher so our aid is higher.

It's all about maintaining the supreme hierarchy at the top of the matrix system and controlling the countries, it's goverments, scientists and the sheep at the bottom.

What is not made clear in the article (and, judging by some of the comments) is not understood by many, is that the target of 0.7% is not set by the EU, but by the UK government, because this year they voluntarily signed into law a commitment suggested by the UN (in 1970).
The is absolutely nothing to stop them changing the law - it's not required by the EU.
