maybe you should read the facts before posting TTT.
It's a lie
// Ms Sturgeon said the account of her conversation with the French ambassador was "100% untrue". //

I wouldn't rule out any party coupling if the mathematics worked. But in this instance, the 'evidence' is almost certainly untrue.
Question Author
they would say that wouldn't they, only the protagonists know the truth.
Lol TTT ,its not 1st April any more
Both sides deny it, so it must be true.

In any case, newspapers never print anything which isn't true, do they?
The French documentation knows the truth and has no axe to grind!
Nicola Sturgeon did not say that.
Question Author
how do you know it's a lie, as far as I can tell neither side can prove their assertions.
Tin foil hat time.
if ms sturgeon's comments are "100% untrue", why is it that someone as inportant as Sir Jeremy Heywood is now involved in the matter?
Lol it's a lie ,don't wory about it though I'll still be voting snp

It is dirty politics. Goes on constantly.
Did this story originate in a right-wing newspaper?
^^^^^ by jove I think it did !!!!
And just after her winning performance in " the debate" made her quite popular down south
To much soor grapes
It'd only be a coalition in Scotland, then - we in England can't vote SNP.
The demonising of the SNP over the last couple of months was always going to come unstuck when English viewers actually saw her in the debates.

That was orchestrated by Conservative Central Office, and played by the Mail, Express and Telegraph, and the line was that voting for Labour would let in the nasty SNP who would be mean to the English.

Now that has been exposed as nonsense, and the electorate are not put off by the SNP, the line has changed to, the SNP don't like Labour and want to work with the Conservatives.

Truth is the first casualty in an election war.

"....and the electorate are not put off by the SNP...." - on what do you base that gromit? I for one don't want the SNP pulling westminster strings, the sweaties already have the Barnett formula for shafting the English, free prescriptions, free tuition,
Question Author
....all paid for by the English, gawd knows what new ways they'll concoct to shoe horn red ED into no 10.
// "....and the electorate are not put off by the SNP...." - on what do you base that gromit? //

// David Cameron has spent the past few months trying to convince English voters that the prospect of the SNP having any influence in government is a terrifying spectre.

But far from cowering behind the sofa, many English voters watching tonight's debate will have wished that they too could lend their vote to Nicola Sturgoen and the SNP.

Sturgeon tonight was confident, relaxed and articulate throughout and it showed in the polls.

A snap YouGov poll found her to be the overwhelming winner of the debate. //
