Well things are actually improving. Not that long ago the horse thief would have been strung up.

I don't want to sound horseist, but that's typical of that species.

Seriously though mikey4444, that is pretty bloody bad. I mean, I don't know what the suspect did, but I was actually surprised it went on for so long.

Perhaps the LAPD are showing that indeed they are not racist, and that anyone is liable for a pasting when officers don't realise they're being filmed?

If you were to sift through the pages of jokes you would find a belief within the USA Enforcement agencies that the LAPD are top of the league for undue force and always come out above other state enforcement agencies for these so called "joke themes".
