TTT...its unlikely that UKIP will have enough seats to be of any help to the Tories, although the Unionists are another thing altogether.
Priministerial?

Can you just imagine Tony Blair or Margaret Thatcher debating with a bunch of "no hopers" on TV about the minutiae of modern Politics.

Not on your life.

3 "wingeing" women whose accents irritated me beyond belief, a straight talking entertaining aspirant and the only one who really stands a chance of becoming Prime Minister.

Stop this joke or it will ruin British politics.
Morning Sqad !

Alas, British politics may already be ruined !
;-)......morning mikey.

No, I can't. I'm not sure from that bunch who was the front of the horse and who was the back, or who played the dame, the fairy, or Widow Twankey, but there's no dignity in pantomime! What a shower!
Sqad...I have been thinking about what you say. Would you really rather go back to the old black and white days, when middled aged, middle class men, fought it out, politely, in grey suits, wearing Trilbys ?

Politics is much more exciting these days surely ? There are far more women involved for a start, which has improved things no end. The days of Bessie Braddock are long gone !

Whatever you and might think about Plaid Cymru and the SNP, their two women Leaders are far more entertaining than the men ever were !

Yes, i would...those were the days of political dignity which have now been replaced by a sort of "reality TV" and one can only blame the electorate.
We had a fairly stable Government, either Tory or Labour with battle lines well delineated.

2007......After 10 years of Socialism, the electorate did not want another Labour government, they were not sure about the Tories, but after the TV debates and the performance of a brash young privately educated aspirant, we were introduced to a coalition Govenment as the Lib Dem took votes from the Tories.

I am a black or white man...i have little ot no time for the "grey areas".........if you live by the sword be prepared to die for it.

UK Politics is an for another 4 years of "grey politics."
Goodness me...A man who knows what he wants ! Well done !

Actually, it might be less than 4 years, or as much as 5 Sqad. We might even have another 1974 on our hands, with second Election later on this year !
//We might even have another 1974 on our hands,//

why, do you think Dave will take his bat home as readily as Ted did?
