I hope I am correct in believing what the OP is saying is that whenever a Black person dies in a meeting with the police in both the UK and USA it is a given that riots,violence,looting will ensue. Tottenham,Brixton in the UK and Baltimore and others in the US. The nature of the beast. When white suspects die in police hands the matter is dealt with by family and friends with due process and usually dignity without recourse to an excuse for lawlessness.
