Yes, what a greedy pair of hogs, bet they were nicely sloshed by the end of it too.

But, the garage should have stipulated "to the value of" or organised the place to dine themselves.

A lesson learnt I feel.

The damage was to the owners car not her Mother's, no way would I have paid for the Mothers meal, the Audi Dealer was too soft to even offer to pay half.

Hope she didn't drive home after that meal with 2 bottles of wine,champagne and cocktails. If I was the garage I would not have paid for drinks just food and specified a limit.

I just looked at the website.

Most of their dishes look less like meals, and more like snackettes.

You'd have to eat £700 worth of food, otherwise you'd need a pizza afterwards.

One of the clips was of a single raspberry on a plate, with some sauce, and something being sprinkled on it. You'd want twenty of those, and a side order of ice cream.

perhaps the garage should only pay this element of the bill.

Of course, what we dont know is how much grief the Garage had caused them, although I can imagine by my past experiences.

I can't get past £2.50 for a dash of soda. Anybody paying those prices needs to be supervised at all times.
