Perhaps the FA only wanted to introduce a type of 'positive discrimination' exercise?

After all other organisations etc are carrying out similar all the time.

What the book's black author Emy Onuora who has lectured extensively on issues of race and sport telling lies, what possible advantage could he gain from that?
A huge amount of publicity for his book.
The notion of 'positive discrimination' is ludicrous, it is an oxymoron, as it should be.

I know nothing about this issue, but if Mr Taylor is denying the point raised, I see no reason to disbelieve him.

Without knowing anything about the author, it is impossible to comment on any agenda he may or may not have had in compiling and publishing his book.
I suspect the phrase is being used "tongue in cheek", as it were.
He had a problem with orange as i remember.

Who did?
Graham Taylor, the chap at the centre of your post.
The whole thing is a load of rubbish.

As has been said, it is just a way of getting more publicity for the book.

Yet again another black person with a chip on their shoulder.
