Soon one will not know if they are marrying ones own sister, brother etc.

Is it not time that certain laws are brought in, so as to prevent cross breeding?

Luckily, this is an extraordinarily unique (allowing for the fact that you can't really have degrees of uniqueness).

Let's just be that cases like this are extremely rare. Perhaps we should also be concerned by the fact that marriage is seen by so many as optional to the raising of children?

I feel enormous amounts of sympathy for parents who split, but nothing but antipathy for parents who use their kids as pawns.

Be warned - I've just seen an advert for Nationwide Building Society that appears to feature gay parents.

I've watched it twice and it's a little confusing - I'm not 100% sure that it's two gay dads, or two men who are simply mates.

Anyway, I thought I'd warn you, because I know how upsetting this gay stuff can be for people of a certain vintage.

I'm going to look the clip up on YouTube and if it turns out that it is indeed homosexuals portrayed in a way to upset non-homosexuals, I will give you fair warning.

At least it was broadcast after the watershed, so we can be sure that kids won't see it, eh!

It appears that gays are not in the Nationwide advert!

To be honest, I've watched it a couple of times on YouTube and still can't quite work out what the thrust of the message is.

But according to posters on mumsnet...it's just a John Lewis-style mawkish piece of nonsense.

So...we don't have to worry about the gays and lesbians infiltrating the world of advertising. We can concentrate on stories such as the one you've posted.

Getting back to your question. Yes, I agree that laws should be brought in to prevent cross-breeding...but to clarify - to what extent should these law concern themselves with?

Just interfamilial cross-breeding, or should the net be thrown wider?
