If he is breaking the law then it is a law that probably needs looking at in the House. These isms. One should only be guilty of wrongdoing if one is treating someone unfairly. Not if they are merely being treated differently. I suspect it must be difficult to legislate for fairness, so much easier to pass a blanket ban or whatever and insist one has to stick to the letter. I'll read the article later if I find time.
