Normally when people resign they shuffle off more or less pronto
Blatter never suggested he was going to do that
Looks like he's thought about, realises he still has wide support, the Swiss police haven't come calling yet and he may well have destroyed the evidence by December anyway.
I suspect the only way he will depart is in the Swiss equivalent of a Black Maria
