Who says the SNP are anti English :-)
Someone had to stand up for the majority of the English against this rather shabby attempt effectively to reintroduce fox hunting in England
Cameron gambled that they would not vote against something which is legal in Scotland, but I could not see the logic behind that assumption

Danny...its not quite a clear cut as that. See this quote from the BBC link : "Mr Robertson (Leader of the SNP group in Westminster) said: "We totally oppose fox hunting, and when there are moves in the Scottish Parliament to review whether the existing Scottish ban is strong enough, it is in the Scottish interest to maintain the existing ban in England and...

I am an immigrant to Scotland.
I have never noticed any anti-English attitudes in my travels around my adopted country.
What I do notice, however, is that whenever the word Scotland is mentioned in the News section on Answerbank, there will be a profusion of ill-informed, sour, ***, remarks, about Scotland and the Scots, from posters who appear to be English.
Surely a more open-minded outlook would make for better debate, rather than emphasising the essentially uneducated inward thinking that is apparent.
I do not believe that these posts are representative of English people in general, thankfully.
Surely you can see that making personal remarks do not further your arguments.

It seems that the law we have at present leaves a lot to be desired. Its been proven fairly conclusively that foxes have been introduced into certain areas, just so they can be hunted. What Labour needs to bear in mind, when it next gets back to power, is that a much better law is required, that cannot be tinkered with by future Tory administrations. Part of the problem we have to day is that the existing law still allows a lot of hunting to take place in all but name.
lankeela....There is plenty of evidence that foxes have been introduced into some areas, so that they can be hunted...please see this :::

It abundantly clear to me that foxes are being raised so that they can be hunted. In fact, I can see no other reason why fox cubs should kept in captivity, in such a way. The hunting lobby say that fox numbers need to be kept down as they are a nuisance. But this evidence shows them up for the liars that they are.
