I assume 25 years old is the age when a child will finish University. I doubt many, if any of these migrants will go to University, nevermind until they are 25.

Oh, so they are not all budding Doctors, Entrepreneurs, etc, etc, who will be an asset to this country then?

I don't think you have to be a doctor to be an asset to the country. Hospital cleaners, shop workers, warehouse workers, farm workers, all play a part in making the country work.
