Has anyone give any thought to the effect of drinking so much caffeine would have had on her ability to get to sleep at nights ? I can't even drink a cup of tea after 18:00.

Mikey...I used to be a coffee addict. I slept because I had three young children and a full time job. I gave up coffee for lent and it made me really ill.
