All mass public events are a potential terrorist target, and the VJ celebrations are no different. The security operation will be vast and literally no manhole cover will be unturned. If there was a credible attack planned, I doubt the security services would risk the Queens life and the public's.

I doubt the Daily Mail only are privy to any specific attack. More likely that they are just hyping IS to sell papers.
