Not sucking up but I agree with you. There are several remarks and attempts at humour about Diana on this thread that I found vulgar and unpleasant. The removed post wasn't even vaguely offensive.

Mikey - I don't know why this Diana cult came about -her public 'persona' was about as far removed from her real private persona as there could be

Ummmm In deed that would be your choice and if that made you happy fair enough. But if someone took a picture of your late father, photo shopped him without the families permission into a contemporary shot and posted it for all to see -would you still be happy?

She chose the family she married into. She would have been warned and her kids would have been brought up knowing what is likely to happen.

They may not be offended but saddened. Whatever they think the photo to me is horrible and insensitive and that was the original question. You feel differently as do some others, neither opinion is right or wrong.
