The World Health Organisation has just said that processed meat is carcinogenic. And red meat is 'probably' carcinogenic too.

Will you heed the warnings?

I know of a couple of people who died of cancer who had extremely healthy lifestyles including my father who biked 6 miles a day up until 6 months before he died of cancer and always had healthy foods. Nothing WHO could tell me would make any difference to what I don't eat or drink (smoking is different though I've never smoked tobacco). I eat very little meat and have not had red meat for about 2 years mainly because I just went off it ,started to not enjoy the taste. I don't feel any healthier for it.
An informative article here http://scienceblog.cancerresearchuk.org/2015/10/26/processed-meat-and-cancer-what-you-need-to-know/ I don`t eat much meat anyway but I do like my bacon a couple of times a week and the odd sausage and beans so I`ll just carry on eating them
