The most concerning time would be between Sheen becoming infectious and being diagnosed.....although whether it is possible to sue someone for 'unknowingly passing on HIV' remains to be seen.

Clearly, he was "knowingly" passing it on.

Once he knew he was HIV positive, he had certain obligations.....if his partners were aware of his status that's one thing......

Prior to that, if he didn't know his HIV status he may have unknowingly passed it on.....that's another.

Is he anything to do with the bloke who plays Judge Dredd, the High Court judge who beds most of the female prosecuting and defending counsel who appear before him?

In any case, why should he share with the world his medical history? Isn't that sort of thing best kept private? Or does he have a new book or film coming out ? Maybe he's appearing in the next series of "get me out of the Jungle" or whatever.

I guess he prefers to ride bare-back as it were. He must know, as surely everyone now knows, that HIV is waiting out there for promiscuous people who have unprotected sex.
The people he infected surely have no case for compensation. Surely they must have known the risk unprotected sex poses.

Someone once said having unprotected sex with someone is akin to having sex with everyone they have ever had sex with, even if they themselves don't believe they have it.
