Yes they have been part of the anti-IS bombing coalition since the summer. I don't know if they've been doing it recently though. There are a lot of conflicting interests and ethnic tensions in this area, which makes simple labels hard top apply.

The first and last report of this I can find was in July/ August, I suspect it was a feeble attempt to show willing and validate their coalition credentials. Whether they actually bombed ISIS positions we wouldn't know, Erdogan would not wish to bomb fellow Sunnis, and that is a major problem in this quagmire.

Turkey's true loyalties lie, along with everyone else's, with themselves.
The reason they are iffy about targeting IS is because it is not in their interest as much as it is in their interest to see the back of Bashir Al Assad.
The reason Russia is not targeting IS that much is because it is more in their interest to support the Syrian leader, as they think that only the Alawite dynasty, which owes it many favours, is likely to support its presence their in the future.
And so on
