Under the scheme for foreign prisoners, inmates are offered the chance to leave prison early – up to nine months before they reach halfway through their sentence – on the condition that they leave the UK.

how many of them will actually leave the uk ? they are criminals so can they be trusted to leave , would nt think so.

hard time and deportation right away.
