Muslims aren't scared of pigs. Islamic teachings says that if a Muslim is starving and there is no alternative then they may eat pork.

When will people learn it's only eating pork that Muslims do not do.
I once worked in an open prison that had a pig farm with 650 pigs. Muslim inmates were happy to work on the farm as long as they did not have to eat pork.

This seems to come dangerously close to the practice of pigs heads being tossed at mosques and synagogues.

Moslem family fled war in Syria/persecutiuon in Eritrea, only to be turned back at the sight of a pork chop dangling from one of Eddie Stobart's knights of the road.

naomi, I've known a few Muslims that eat bacon and sausage now and again. Also a few who drink.

Some Muslims adhere more to the teachings of Islam than others, just like any other religion.

I can just about get that (in the same way that I get it with Jews and shellfish). What I don’t get is that Muslims living in Bradford (a) do not live in a very hot country and (b) probably have the use of a refrigerator. So it’s time they moved on.

As far as this particular topic goes it won’t work. I imagine the Muslims’ rabid aversion to pork will be overcome by their even more rabid desire to get to the Land of Milk & Honey. Either that or one of them will take Eddie Stobart to the ECHR for infringing their ‘Yuman Right to stow away on board a lorry in Calais.
