Subsequently heard that he could not get Legal Aid as the rules changed recently saying that you can't get it for personal injury. No doubt there will be the odd bloodsucking "No wil no fee" offer but I think even these ambulance chasers would find him to hot to handle.

According to The Times The Prison Officers Association insisted that only approved techniques had been used after Adebolajo became hysterical and needed to be restrained. They said the suspended officers had no case to answer. Sounds like he's the author of his own misfortune in more ways than one.

It's very easy to injure someone during restraint and the crazier someone is being the more likely they are to be injured. It's his own fault. His compensation should be the fact he gets to see a dentist....for free!!
