... as he is out already !

If they are going to spend all the time and money prosecuting historic cases at least let us see them adequately punished. Especially when they admit it !

He may well be out from behind bars......but he'll never be as 'free' as he was prior to his conviction.

No, he can't nob off to Spain. Pity they have good jails out there he would b in if he 'mis-behaved'
He's on licence for the next 15 months, and I can't see him wanting to be out and about much.

I'm glad he did admit it.
blimey he was out quick !

how we have changed !

Rpman P;anski has reared his eighty year old head - he who went to bed with a thirteen year old erm fifty years ago

and the question now - ( didnt a rock star have a 12 1/2 y o girl friend ? ) is why didnt he go to prison ?
Perhaps no sex was involved.
No I think Roman Polanski erm bonked the girl -

she now an old aged pensioner certaiinly insists it occurred and can recall every ghastly detail as tho it were yesterday
as I recall, Polanski struck a plea bargain with the prosecution - admit it and we'll get you a reduced charge - but once they'd got the admission, they reneged on the deal, so Polanski hopped it. I don't really blame him; they'd have got their man if they'd kept their word.
looks like FOCS are out again YMB
Hall's life is now in ruins. He did admit the offence in the end, but not without some prodding I suppose. I can't really see the point in being vindictive, so I am quite content to leave the man alone.
