We have already agreed to take in 20,000 'refugees' these children should have been the first priority, not additional.

Really can't argue with your point there AOG - children are always the innocent victims in conflicts like this - they should always be our first priority if we are able to help them.

These are 'unaccompanied children' Chill. Most likely orphans. They should most certainly take priority over adult males.

Exactly our own children are already being disadvantaged, trying to learn in classes where their fellow pupils speak a multitude number of different foreign languages.

What on earth is a matter with you, how can one get an aggressive 'Tone' into typed words?

I did not class my post as either aggressive or superfluous, I was just pointing out that I did not want anyone to misunderstand my earlier post, I also was not suggesting that we don't add 3,000 to the already 20,000, but include them in the 20,000 as a priority.
