As soon as the international community decides that the threat posed by ISIS is greater than the problems that will inevitably arise from the aftermath. I wouldn't give ISIS more than two months if there was unity in the campaign against them, but sadly there are too many competing agendas for such unity to be possible, at the moment. You might also want to blame Bush and Blair for failed interventions justified by dubious motives for turning the world further away from intervention.

From what I have heard, it is actually true. He reported her to a 'court' who prescribed a death sentence and he volunteered to carry it out. Sorry, can't remember where I picked that up. Terrifying and so, so evil.
