From what was said on morning TV today not all the containers are presently ready. They can't all move in at once even if they were willing to. Anyway the cabins just makes things more permanent and will attract more immigrants, given accommodation in Calais is supplied. If they had to provide them then they should be placed at the point of economic migrant entry into France.
It has already been decided by an Independent UK based charity,no less, that between 95-97% are economic migrants wanting to get to the UK. They are not refugees entitled to apply for asylum and are thus illegal immigrants in France and should be locked up,as criminals, and deported once their true identity is established. France would be as well to secure her borders first though.
