mikey :) but on a serious note, the FFL would be well suited to confronting Isis, boko H, Al-Q etc. Hopefully france will fully commit them to ground combat in Syria (and elsewhere)

According to Wiki...the FFL comprises of 7,700 fighting men....I am unsure how much effect this small force would have on such a widespread problem.

I would much rather see forces from the Muslim nations of the world get themselves together and play their part. It is, afterall a Muslim problem.

Burkina Faso's government says 26 people were killed and a further 56 injured after Islamist militants attacked a hotel in the capital, Ouagadougou, popular with foreigners.
Al-Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) has said it carried out the attack, which began on Friday night.
