I have just read this article, what a vile man Parkinson was, but what baffles me is why his 3 grown up daughters that he fathered with his wife have never tried to contact their younger half-sister, just goes to show what horrible people they are I suppose!

Parkinson has that Tory quality - the ability to pretend that something 'unpleasant' simply never happened.

He never acknowledged his affair, or his daughter, because it was simply an inconvenience to his political and public image, and it would appear that his family lined up right behind him with the same attitude.

I would be deeply ashamed to be associated with this man in any way, but again, as is the Tory way, he eulogies make much of his 'talent, charisma and personality', and carefully look away from the other facets of his character -that he is a callous cold-blooded mercenary hypocrite who put himself before anyone else on the planet.

His passing should not be mourned at all.

Thanks - I will - Parkinson was ignorant of the basic humanity that makes an adult accept his responsibilities, and care for a child he helped to create, instead of shunning her, depriving her of essential financial support, and doing everything possible to expunge her existence from his orbit.

There was litigation - lots of it ! and I think there is a permanent injunction out on behalf of the girl and forbidding something
publication of further details
but I would not be surprised if that involved contact .... by everyone

the judges can do that sort of *** - an injunction tothe world
