naomi, the police have said they don't think it's terrorism-related and they haven't handed it over to the terror squad.
Whether terrorist related on not (and I'm presently unconvinced he needed to be that tooled up simply for protection) there will always be such risks. Meanwhile the terrorist has already had their "get lucky once" in Paris, for all the "good" it did them. Must be a clear run of success for the security forces now then.
