I would say that Mr C has embarrassed himself on countless occasions!!!

I don't see that there is any credit due to anyone here, especially the Labour Party who are obviously so desperate for support they will accept anyone, no questions asked.

I think he's a man of some notoriety. If he'd attempted to join somewhere near the Westminster Village he'd likely have been refused. But distant Cumbria is a different matter. He's out now. That's what matters.
