This'd be the France where all port access is blocked by the hauliers unions seemingly once a year? French unions are typically waaaaaaaaaaaaay more active than ours are.

I think you'll find this is one off occasioned by the fact that the people in question nicked a ship.

Unions, took conrtol of a ship, so they sent in a load of commando's (or as close as the French can get to "commando's") and re took it by force.
