An interesting and valid point.
When 911 occurred, one of my seriously racist colleagues embarked on a rant about how all Muslims were terrorists and should be burned alive, blah blah ad nauseum.
This was listened to in silence by the office who ignored her tedious rants as the ravings of a disturbed mind, except for the new temp., a local English white lady who quietly pointed out that she was a Muslim, and you should not judge the majority in any group by the heinous actions of an insane few.
Funnily enough, religion was not brought up again in conversation for the duration of that Muslim lady's temporary employment in our office!

That's an easy one, unless of course they are trying to hide something different.

Do you think Mr Khan, if elected, can serve the needs of all London citizens irrespective of religion? //
Absolutely - and if elected, I hope that he does, and more importantly, that he is allowed to, without distractions based on bigoted attitudes to his own faith.

Sadiq Khan is probably a very nice guy but I cannot help feeling that it would be the thin end of the wedge. One of Islam's main aims is to be the world's one & only religion, & they are already well on their way in the UK with council members in our big cities & also MPs. We have already found signs of Sharia law being practised in parts of our country it would seem with impunity. I feel that Islam should stick to what they now have & not be allowed to flourish further. Great Britain ( as it used to be called) is still a Christian country with HM the Queen at the head of the Christian faith & it all seems to me that we have been far too tolerant in the past, now is the time to call a halt.

I would disagree that most people have the potential to do anything.
I am unlikely to be raped by a female Uber driver.
I'm unlikely to be beaten up by a blind person at the bus stop.
I'm unlikely to have a seat offered to me by Joanna Lumley on a tube train.
I'm unlikely to beat Usain Bolt in a 100 metres dash.
Etc.
My point is that whilst potential may exist, we determine the way we interact with others based on likelihood.

Divebuddy > he's a Muslim, he believes in different things to me
Do you not agree with any of this then:
Mr Khan also promises to be no Corbyn “patsy” if he wins office, dubbing the Labour leader’s stance on Trident “wrong” and warning that questioning the police’s right to shoot to kill terrorists could have “huge” negative consequences.
The Labour candidate also opens up about fears he has for his teenage daughters over online radicalisation and demands ministers shut down internet providers being used to promote extremism. 10:20 Tue 01st Mar 2016

Stop trying to move the goal posts,
I answered your first question post haste, and gave you what I thought a satisfactory answer.
If you had wished it to be aimed at certain individual Muslims who have wisely chosen to wear western dress, you should have asked that in the first instance.
