Why can't we dump them back in Africa? Is it EU legistlation or Human Rights? We should just ignore both and do it- we can argue the rights and wrongs later.

What we need to do is develop an effective way to spot these problems before they get to this stage! as I said at 19.26
The local authority actually placed vulnerable children in houses that were being investigated as housing drug dealers and child sex offenders, it is virtually as though the council were supplying children to the groomers!
With the Rotherham offenders the local police have now admitted they were far more concerned about car crime and burglary than investigating child sex abuse. Several of the offenders were reported many times over a period of 5 years without any action being taken!

Was it in effect a slap on the wrist or substantial custodial sentences?

Send them back to a Samolian prison and let them pay to keep them.

Much better idea, bungler them into a transport plane, then drooping them by parachute over Somalia, saves contaminating the tyres of the aircraft by nor landing.
