Piper and Willow are not uncommon in America and I don't think the other ones would stand out much either.
There used to be an actress called Piper Laurie - and I know a little girl called Willow. Not that unusual. Can't say I know a Trig or a Track though.

Ummm...yes, you are probably right....the fact that these names are not unusual in America doesn't surprise one little bit.

But I am 63 soon and I have never, ever, met anyone called any of those names, on this side of the Atlantic at least.
