Yeah, that was the bit I meant about the non-mincing of words. I've tried to present a similar argument in this thread without going down that route.

That may be a matter of perspective; equally, listening to any Brexit supporter's arguments, they also have a tendency to fall apart on scrutiny. Neither side is going to be very good at convincing the other.
