The far right in the UK are unpopular, so there is no need for mass left wing protestors to confront them.

The UK police approach is to contain the two groups by out numbering them. Arrests are usually very small and are usually of the drunk and disorderly variety.

The BBC headlined this story, '400 arrests at far-right wing protest'. Lol.

Where have you been?

The mass of left-wing protesters come out in force, even if the far-right sneezes.
AOG,

Are you calling for the British far left to be more violent? Or is this just another of your veiled attacks on our police?

No they don't.

No, but what I am saying is "the British far-left 'ARE' violent.
I saw this on RT News last night.

I'm surprised there has not been more of this or people injured, since Angela Merkel opened the gates to Migration.

If you look at the Euro news, Sweden, Austria, France, Italy etc, etc, there are marches & demonstrations quite often, but it seems to be ignored in the UK Media!!!!!!
Headlines change, gromit. But even your link would give anyone the impression that right-wingers caused the trouble and were arrested.
Admit it, it's violence first from left wingers. Well, fortunately, you're finished and some of you will find yourselves hanging from lamp-posts soon, inshallah.
Tommy Robinson's much hyped up recent stroll attracted 1 arrest and the perp wasn't a right winger I heard.

It is ignored by the BBC for sure. If it is highlighted on here with a DM link the klaxons go off. Some parts of the UK media are afraid of letting the truth affect the forthcoming referendum.
Not a day passed last year without the BBC (islamic) News blubbing about the plight of the swarm.
This year, with the referendum pending, not a peep. (so I've been told. Never listen to the filthy liars myself)

This from an attached link to the one you supplied.

/// Former EDL head Tommy Robinson announced his group would come back to the city on the first Saturday in April and then each month thereafter, during a speech to supporters yesterday. ///

To my knowledge this has not happened, I wonder why?

Seriously - what is wrong with your browser?

Your posts occasionally print twice for some reason...and it only seems to be affecting you.

Back to AOG's question - I find it difficult to sympathise with right wing protesters who are arrested at demos, because I think by and large - they're [insert derogatory adverb followed by noun here].

Whilst I sympathise with protesters who lean to the Left...there's a limit to what protesters should be able to do in public. There's a line that should not be crossed. When they cross that line, all sympathy should evaporate.

Oh, and if they're trustafarians, as a couple in the picture seem to be, there shouldn't be any sympathy to begin with.

I'm afraid folks that this just about sums up the left wing in a nutshell. Equal rights for some. Plenty screaming and shouting but little real democratic substance.
Togo

It's true of many people.

When you see someone protesting in favour of something you're in favour of, you have sympathy for their cause.

When you see a group protesting for something that you don't support, it's difficult to muster sympathy.

Human nature.
Togo

Incidentally, the way that you ignored everything I wrote after the ellipsis also sums up some people in a nutshell.
// what I am saying is "the British far-left 'ARE' violent. //

But not arrested and charged.

You are either right and therefore you are inferring the British Police Are failing in their duty.

Or you are wrong and the British Police have superior crowd control tactics, and deserve at pat on the back. I think it is this one.

As in my original post, claiming British left wing protestors are equally as violent as the German ones (how would you know?), but do not get arrested, IS just an attack on the Police. A shameful one considering they are doing a better job.
