Anyway, if a religion needs advertising to make its case, it must be very insecure in its beliefs.
See the attached Woody Allen clip....about 02:30....when Woody says that he can't get with any religion that advertises in Popular Mechanics !

An advert was banned at the cinema.
An advert was not banned on a bus.
There is no connection between the two incidents. To try and make a conne tion is incredibly stupid. It is not double standards because obviously a cinema chain has a different set of rules than a bus company. The Daily Express at its most pathetic.

They want to put the advertising on London buses only, why stick at London buses. I agree it is wrong after the Lords Prayer was banned and myself would not want to see any religious adverts.
If this religious adverting causes friction, then let the whole country feel this friction. I have heard rumours some muslims are not happy with this. So if they're not happy in London, let them all be unhappy up and down the country.

/// Charity Director Imran Madden said: “There is a lot of negativity around Muslims. ///
/// “We want to change the perception of Islam. The campaign is about breaking down barriers and challenging misconceptions.” ///
And don't he realise that it is this sort of thing that creates barriers and challenging misconceptions?
If it was solely a charity advert, then why did it not just say "Please give generously for the victims of the Syrian Civil War"?
